On Friday, September 19, Hicks Johnson Partner Andrew Gould delivered a presentation titled “Fifth Circuit Update” as part of the Southern District of Texas’ inaugural district-wide law clerk training program. Organized by Chief U.S. District Judge Randy Crane, this two-day course brought together law clerks from across all divisions of the Southern District of Texas, as well as the Fifth Circuit, for a comprehensive training experience.
