Jennifer handles a range of complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on oil and gas, construction, and intellectual property matters. She is particularly well-versed in issues relating to breach of contract, business disputes, business torts, bankruptcy, and fraudulent transfers.
As Hicks Johnson’s staff counsel and e-discovery specialist, Jennifer provides technical and strategic guidance to help clients solve their toughest e-discovery challenges. Drawing on more than a decade of experience in e-discovery and litigation support, she works closely with clients and firm lawyers to oversee all e-discovery efforts, including data preservation, collecting, processing, and review. She also ensures ongoing compliance with firm protocols, industry best practices, and all phases of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) lifecycle.
