Prior to joining the firm, Jordan was a stakeholder at Eimer Stahl and, prior to that role, an associate at Covington & Burling. Before entering private practice, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable James C. Ho of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
