Lori litigates complex commercial disputes before federal and state courts at both the trial and appellate levels, as well as in arbitration proceedings. She is well-versed in managing every stage of litigation, from drafting dispositive, discovery, Daubert, and post-trial motions to deposing fact and expert witnesses as a first chair in high-stakes matters, successfully arguing motions in court, and trying cases.
Lori’s diligence, tenacity, and intellectual engagement result in optimal outcomes for her clients. She especially excels at untangling complex legal questions and devising out-of-the-box solutions. When a novel legal challenge arises, clients rely on Lori for practical, informed guidance that fulfills their objectives while mitigating risk and cost.
Prior to joining Hicks Johnson, Lori practiced in the litigation group at Willkie Farr & Gallagher’s San Francisco office. She also spent several years as an associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher’s Los Angeles office.
