Matthew focuses on complex commercial litigation matters. He brings hands-on experience in government litigation to his work for the firm, including a clerkship with the Office of the Attorney General of Texas, General Litigation. In this capacity, he assisted with a broad range of civil cases in both state and federal court, at trial and on appeal, and drafted full briefs and motions. Clients benefit from Matthew’s strong research and writing skills, as well as his familiarity with Texas civil procedure.

Previously, Matthew served as a summer associate at Hicks Johnson. He also worked as a legal extern with the Solicitor General of Missouri and as a legal intern in the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Northern District of Texas.
