Robert focuses on a variety of civil litigation matters, from large federal cases to bankruptcy, antitrust, fraud, securities, product liability, environmental, and civil rights work. He has handled and submitted briefs in cases across the country, including in state and federal courts in Texas, Illinois, and New York as well as the United States Supreme Court.
Prior to joining the firm, Robert was an associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, where he concentrated on securities class action defense and antitrust matters. He also worked for two years as a staff attorney at Texas RioGrande Legal Aid. After law school, he clerked for Judge Allison H. Eid of the Colorado Supreme Court.
